Salt and pepper calamari with carrot and cucumber salad, soy dressing  
Venison and mixed game terrine, toasted crostini, ginger & blackberry compote

Roast turkey with stuffing, roast potatoes, root veg, pig in blanket and gravy  
Lamb rump with dauphinois potatoes, tender stem broccoli, parsnip crisps & jus  
Roasted seabass fillets, Medallion potatoes, shaved fennel & baby squid gremolata
Seared halloumi, pesto roasted zuccinni, baby beets, crispy polenta cake, salsa verde
For vegans – replace halloumi and polenta cake with Butternut medallions, seared tofu, salsa verde to be vegan friendly
10 oz Ribeye steak, handcut chips, roast tomato & green peppercorn sauce
